An XP system positioned at points of congestion on the transmission grid automatically communicates with the regional grid operator's SCADA and IT networks to supply power and power quality to relieve congestion. The XP system measures power levels every micro-second and automatically makes the necessary adjustments to ensure that the transmission grid remains stable and operates at high efficiency even under peak load conditions.
